Hello I am not studying chemistry, I hope someone can help me.
My partner put hair color in the kitchen sink, I removed blobs of it with kitchen paper and just rinsed the sink with water.
Later dishes soaked in the sink and then went in the dishwasher.
I am worried that there will be a coating of hydrogen peroxide or ammonia on the drinking glasses.
My esophagus feels narrower which can occur from the caustic effects of h2o2 if swallowed, scarring thickens the tissue.
Is this possible after the utensils have been in the dishwasher, does h202 decompose in water?
I mean would it still be a threat?
Thanks.
