I am trying to research results from an XRD Analysis on a natural mineral and one of the minerals shows as follows:
(K0.77Al1.93(Al0.5Si3.5O10)(OH)2) the mineral listed with it is Muscovite
I put this formula in this websites chemical formula calculator and it does not read it. I took the zero's out for example: K0.77 and made it K.77 and the calculator still couldn't read it.
Any help is appreciated, I am not a chemist/scientist I am simply a business manager trying to figure this mineral out.
Help Breaking this down?

The calculator somehow doesn't like fractions. I multiplied everything by x100 and calculated the following (K77Al193(Al50Si350O1000)(OH)200)
The result
Molar mass of (K77Al193(Al50Si350O1000)(OH)200) is 38797.8760 g/mol
Actual result divide by 100 = 387.98 g/mol
Symbol

Mass percent
K Potassium 39.0983 77 7.7596 %
Al Aluminum 26.9815386 243 16.8992 %
O Oxygen 15.9994 1200 49.4854 %
H Hydrogen 1.00794 200 0.5196 %
Si Silicon 28.0855 350 25.3362 %
By the way, molar mass for minerals doesn't make much sense because it is a polymeric material. Actual mineral is even more complex http://rruff.info/Muscovite/R040104

Remember safety first! Check MSDS and consult with professionals before performing risky experiments.

Thank you!
This stuff is greek to me but has been interesting to research and figure out what each one is good for or not good for.
I appreciate your response
