help construct an equation !

Can anyone help me to construct an equation for the decomposition of ClO-1 ion to release oxygen gas ? :(

2ClO-1 = 2Cl-1 + O2

Thanks ya. But really am not sure of that equation since my tutor had told that the Cl in that ion(product) is +1.Ccould u please clarify that too?

Cl has oxidation state of +1 in the reagent ClO-1 and -1 in the product Cl-1.
