What is the chemical equation for mock apple pie.
I have the reactants fo the equatiions but I am not sure that it is correct.
C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁+KC₄HgO₆(I can't find the product)

I did some research and found that this chemical reaction produces taracid acid. ( I am not sure it actually produces this)
I also have another predicted equation in the form of a single displacement reaction C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁+KC₄HGO₆ KC₄H₅O₆ + C₄HgO₆
I AM NOT SURE IF THIS IS CORRECT PLEASE CORRECT ANY ERRORS.

Please help finding this equation is dependent on my grade for my science class.
