Can anyone help me with:

Ba(ClO3)2 + KNO3 = ?


and/or:

Al2(SO4)3 + KOH = ?

Hm, first reaction should not go at all because products and reagents are all well soluble ... however you may balance it:
Ba(ClO3)2 + 2KNO3 = Ba(NO3)2 + 2KClO3
The second one in a moderate amount of base will form
Al(OH)3 and K2SO4
and in the excess of base
KAl(OH)4 and K2SO4
You can use balancer to balance it
