help me to balance this pls

C2H4O2 is CH3-COOH, and it is an acid...Mg(OH)2 is base...so what do I get when they neutralize?

C2H4O2 + Mg(OH)2= salt(?) + H2O

i dont know how to balance this reaction....please help xD

the salt is Mg(CH3CO2)2:
balanced equation
