Co(NO3)2 + NH3 + (NH4)2CO3 + H2O2 ---> [Co(NH3)4CO3]NO3 +

NH4NO3 + H2O

Since No3 is immutable you first substitute it to X then use the balancer, and then replace X back to NO3:

2 Co(NO3)2 + 6 NH3 + 2 (NH4)2CO3 + H2O2 = 2 [Co(NH3)4CO3]NO3 + 2 NH4NO3 + 2 H2O
