solution cast technique with THF and polycaprolactone..help

Post by kachew »

hi everyone,

lately i am doing some research about making thin film for lithium batteries,
i added the Lithium hexafluorophosphate (0.5g), polycaprolactone (2g) with solvent which is THF. In the beginning, i added the lithium salt which <0.5g, it may form film and when i increasingly added the lithium salt it cant form the thin film and it also very fragile.

do anyone know how to solve the problem? what is the chemistry theory and the interaction (bond) between the reactants?
thanks :( :( :(
