How many grams of ALCL3 must decompose in order to produce 3.10 dm^3 of Cl2 at 50.0degrees C and 98.4 kPa?

You definitely need to start by writing a balanced equation:

2AlCl3 = 2Al + 3Cl2
Then the solution need to go as follows:
1) Compute the number of moles of Cl2
2) Compute the number of moles of AlCl3
3) Compute mass of AlCl3
