Any good diet or exercise tips

Post by rerejaby »

Any good diet or exercise tips for building arm strength? I am a 26 year old male and have embarrassingly thin arms! My leg and stomach muscles are fine but despite doing jobs in the past that require a lot of heavy lifting I never seem to put any muscles or even fat on in my arms. Any exercise or diet tips would be appreciated.

Eat more meat because meat contains a lot of protein.

I consume a "green powder" that is basically pounds of greens that have been dehydrated. It beats eating pounds of fresh veggies and you still get the health benefits! For those looking to control weight, I also take Cayenne pepper pills sold by health food stores. This is a common ingredient in diet pills. As I understand it, the hot pepper raises your metabolic rate as if you just exercised for a couple of hours and burns off fat. If anyone is on some fade diet, I would also recommend CoQ 1O, as it helps protect your heart from the stress on the body from these 'health' diets. Good luck.
