C22H23ClN2O2 is apparently loratadine (claritin).
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loratadine
It has one double carbon-carbon bond in the structure. Such bonds will break by oxidation with KMnO4 with formation of two ketons. Look at this document for an example http://www.chemguide.co.uk/organicprops ... kmno4.html
A close example is in the middle -3/4 of the document.

Your homework is chemistry, right? Well, what I know is that C22H23ClN2O2 is loratadine. But I am still searching because I am not yet sure what KMnO4 means.
