Check Markovnikov rule. What is Cl alone. Is it a cathion, anion or radical?

Statistically you have 6 H on primery C and 2 H on secondary C atoms. More 1-chloropropane would be developed. But in practice its about 55% 2-chloropropane and 45% 1- Chloropropane. Has to do with activation energy.
