Stoichiometry

Post by Dhamnekar Winod »

One method for determining the percentage of nitrogen in a compound involves its quantitative conversion into nitrogen gas (N2), which is collected and measured.

A 0.1000-g sample of a compound yielded 11.5 mL of N2. The density of N2 at the temperature and pressure at which the measurement was made was 1.11 g/L.

Calculate the percentage of nitrogen in the compound.

I am working on this question.
