Is the stoichiometric coefficient of this chemical reaction correct?

4Mg + 2O2 + 3(C2H2F2) = MgO + 3H2O + 3MgF2 + 6C

Mathematical yes. But why you should obtain carbon. Normaly if a combustion takes place, it will form CO2 or CO. Flourine compounds form easily HF. So it's not clear what product you really get.
What is C2H2F2. 1.1-Difluorethene or cis/trans 1.2-Difluorethene
In first case also COF2 could be obtained.

I ignited an Mg/PVDF composite with magnesium and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) in air. I wonder if the equation I wrote down is correct.

Probably not a pvdf is total different thing.
