MgSO₄(aq) + H₃PO₄(aq) --> H₂SO₄ + Mg₃(PO₄)₂

It will, but the equation is not balanced.
Magnesiumphosphate will precipitate.

Can you calculate 1/2 + 1/3? In the same way you get the coefficients of the equation.
