MgSO4(aq) + H3PO4(aq) --> H2SO4 + Mg3(PO4)2

It will, but the equation is not balanced.
Magnesiumphosphate will precipitate.

Can you calculate 1/2 + 1/3? In the same way you get the coefficients of the equation.
