Please help me, thank you!

Consider 2-fluorobutane, sighted along the C2-C3 bond. Name the substituents on C2 and C3. Draw all the different Newman conformations. Finally, rank them from most stable to least stable.

On C2 is Fluor, hydrogen, methyl, and ethyl. 4 substituents so according Cahn Ingold Prelog RS possibility. C3 has methyl, hydrogen 2 times and the fluorinated ethyl group. 3 substitents.
