But, I think 4.19 is pKb of [(CH3)3N]. isn't it?

Yes but you have to subtract it from 14 to get the correpond value.

Now, let me answer part d of this question.
As pH of the solution at the equivalence point is 5.403, I shall use chlorophenol red as indicator for titration. Chlorophenol red as an indicator is perfectly adequate for the strong acid-strong base titration.

Yes, if you have that available, alternativ Methyl red or p- Nitrophenol.
