Cosmetic formulation question

Post by itayderma »

HI ALL CHEMISTS HERE :)

Cosmetic formulation question:

To a formula based on water and Glycolic acid, I would like to add ingredients for a glow effect on the skin.
GLOW EFFECT = after applying the product on the skin you get glowing skin like radiance skin.
I am looking for a formula oil in water AND another formula without oil that will give the effect of glow-radiance skin

What would you suggest?
Propanediol IS WEAK. glow will be reduced after 1 hour...
Shea Butter and Squalane IS WEAK
Hyaluronic Acid and acrylates ARE WEAK also in high concentrations.

Lanolin, an oil derived from natural wool, is used in many topical personal care products and cosmetics, such as soaps, creams, and lip balms.
