Can you solve this chemistry exercise

Post by markssws »

The air exerts a toxic action on men if its content of carbon dioxide
exceeds 5% by volume. A man normally eliminates 5 g of dioxide in 10 minutes
carbon, whose volume is equal to that of oxygen that humans simultaneously
inhale.
Calculate how many hours a man could stay in an environment, hermetically
closed, in STP.
Volume is 24.47 l

Very small man.How he can stay in a volume of 24,47 l.
Calculate the volume for 5 %.
Calculate how much is the volume of 5g CO2
Devide the 2 volumes to get the time x 10 min.
Your work now.
