the stoichiometric fuel-to-air ratio in the case of complete combustion

Reaction for complete combustion:
CH_1.74 O_0.323 N_0.07+1.2735 (O_2+3.76N_2 )→CO_2+0.87H_2 O+4.82N_2

The combustion is NOT ideal. It is more usually found to be
CH_1.74 O_0.323 N_0.07+0.7735(O_2+3.76N_2 )→CO+0.87H_2 O+2.94N_2

What is CH_1.74 O_0.323 N_0.07? Better is to give the formula of the fuel like C8H18 Octane.
