How to neutralize at 180 degrees?

Which Unit Fahrenheid, Celsius or Kelvin.
Neutralization of what?

I want to neutralize to ester(oil). It can be 180 celcius degrees.

Describe what you really want to do. Normaly you have a Ester reaction. The ester will be distilled. What is the procedure.
