Hi, can anyone provide me stoichiometry for this balanced equation?

18SnCl2*2H2O + 18 SbCl3*H2O + 2 C6H5Na3O7 + -43 H2O = 18 SnSb + 6 NaHCO3+C6H8O7 + 18 HCl5

Thanks in advance!

This reaction will not work
Tin is a reducer and stibium is a oxidizer, it will never get SnSb. Probably Sn-IV and Sb.
What is the organic compound.C6H5O7Na3, is it trisodium-citrate?
NaHCO3 and HCl can not exist together. it will be NaCl and H2O and CO2
HCl5 is also not existing.
