I cannot read spanish, what is C₃H₅O₃ Na? Structure formula?

Is it Sodium ethylcarbonate?

CH₃-CH₂-O-CO-O- Na+

With acetic acid it decompose.

CH₃COOH + CH₃-CH₂-O-CO-O- Na+ => CH₃CH₂OH + CH₃COO- Na+ + CO₂
