Precipitation Mass Percent Question

Post by missmatch »

I need help with this question. A 0.8000 g sample of impure NaCl is dissolved in H2O, and te chloride is precipitated with excess silver nitrate, producing 1.000 g of silver chloride. What is the mass percent of sodium chloride in the original impure sample?

Thanks!
