Predicting products of a chemical reaction

Post by atreya98 »

Hi All,

I wish to know what could be the products of the following reaction:

C6H18Si2NH+O2+N2----> Si3N4+?

Silicon nitride is one product that has to form (my requirement).

Any help would be really useful.

Cheers

I dont think this will work

Check here

The reaction runs in absence of Oxygen.
