That you have to know, which compound you mean. But I think no need to mix it with bleach.
Probably more chlorination will take place.

If die Ribose is acidic in Water, then dicarbonate will release CO2 and Water. But the product is wrong, Why should it loose oxygen.

The inert I dont understand. First I would calculate all at 100%. You did partly already. 100 kg H2 is 47846 mol The reaction yield is 85% So it will be 56289 mol in consideration. The CO will be the half 28147 mol The CH4 is the same 28147 plus 5% excess = 31099 mol O2 will be 14072 mol, but 7% imp...

In alkaline envirement oxidation by adding of OH- on educt side and water on product side, if oxygen is involved ,by reduction vise versa. Look for redox pairs Redox pair NO3- / NH3 and Zn/ [Zn( OH)4]2- NO3- + 6 H2O => NH3 + 9 OH- add water and OH- Zn + 4 OH- => [Zn(OH)4]2- only add OH- no oxygen tr...

I think the calculation of oxygen has also considered by 85%, like you did for methane. Also the amount has to be increased, because of 7% impurities.

NH3 + 3 HOCH2CN => N(CH2CN)3 + 3 H2O

RCN + NaOH + H2O => RCOONa + NH3

Calculate the sum by yourself.
