What about for other metals such as iron, zinc, magnesium etc? Are these rule (2:1) valid for every metal?

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I have 85% TEA (v/v) solution in my hand. So I need to use 1.4 g of 85% TEA for each gram of CuSO4*5H2O. Is it right? Hello;
I am triying to prepare copper - TEA complex.
I couldn't find complex ratio for copper - TEA. I want to use CuSO4*5H2O for as copper source. How many TEA do I need to use for each gram of CuSO4*5H2O?
