Doping of Iron metal powder in Aluminium Nitride using low temperature methods
I have commercial Aluminium Nitride, I need to dope Iron powder in it, using low temperature methods, please do reply, if any solutions for it.

Thankyou very much for your help. I will go through this. Still, I am checking some wet chemical procedures like Hydrothermal, since I don't have the facility to reach very high temperatures. If there are any suggestions for low temperature techniques, please enlighten.

AlCl3 + NH4Cl + 4 NaOH = AlN + 4 NaCl + 4 H2O
