Sorry, I made a mistake. The latter is "4NaCl + MnO2 + 2H2SO4 = Cl2 + Na2SO4 + MnCl2 + 2H2O"

Maybe we should check if the reaction is an exothermic reaction. If yes, there will be NH3. If not, there will be only NH3·H2O left in the solution.

The latter cannot!
1)MnO2+4HCl=MnCl2+Cl2 (H2SO4 is regarded as a kind of catalyst.)
2)NaCl+H2SO4=Na2SO4+HCl

I think it is truly a comlex, just like CuSO4. Because Ni is a fourth-period element and its ion has empty atomic orbitals. Thus it may form a coordination bond with the lone pair of oxygen electrons.
