d is not correct. The Anode is the pol where oxidation takes place, the cathode where reduction takes place .It doesnt matter if its electrolytic or Voltaic cell. Calculate the Concentration of H+ of the acid from pH.
This value divide through the Concentration of the whole acid x 100% gives percentage of dissociation.

These compounds , if existent are only stable without of presence of water.
Other acids like nitric will destable more.
What is the purpose to synthesise this compounds?

Basic is n= m/M

If you know molar Mass M of XY then you can calculate n the moles of XY for a given mass m of 100 g and the equation reqires each component also 1 then m of X and Y also known.
If ratio X/Y = 5 then X = 5*Y but not necessary.

a) In my opinion its wrong. Faktor 1 means no change in the reaction rate, this is wrong. But also the other solutions don't fit. In my opinion it's 1/4 = 0.25.
Sum of pA + pC = 0,5p with A = C it's p(0,5)^2 = 0,25 p

b) with the same argument is d correct. Its p(3)^2 = 9 p

Again a strange molecule. You have a combined anhydride of acetic acid , carbonic acid and phosphoric acid.
This will not exist. Carbonic acid will expell CO2. Then we have the same molecule what you asked before.

(CH3CO - OP(=O) - O(C=O)-OH)O- Na+
(CH3CO - OP(=O) - OH O- Na+ + CO2
