Dont think so. C-F onds are very stable. 1% is very diluted acid.

Acid + Base gives salt + water. So it depends how much from each is added what happend. Like KOH + H3PO4 you can have 3 different results. KH2PO4, K2HPO4 and K3PO4. It means HInd. => H+ + Ind.- if 10% is on the right side its colourless, if the dissociation is 90 % then its yellow.
It is a change from 10 Ind.- to 90 HInd. to 90Ind.- to 10 HInd.

What do you mean with alkali storage. Mineral oil is a mixture of carbonhydogen compounds. Depending the area USA Arabia northsea, etc. the mixture is different.

No, its a weak base so you have to calculate with HENDERSON Hasselbalch equation.
