Heyy,,,

The balance equation would be

2Fe(OH)3 = Fe2O3 + 3H2O
(hopefully) :)

Umm I am not sure if it is correct or not but one way to balance this equation is

2K3[Cr(C2O4)3].3H2O = K2CO3 + K2CrO4 + K2CrO4 + 3H2O + 9CO + 2CO2

It actaully does balance!! lol

The first is part is as easy as it seems : 2C4H10 + 13O2 = 8CO2 + 10H2O The second part if you are considering weight percentage I am assuming it should be FeO where X and Y are both 1. on calculation the percentage of iron turned out to be litle more than 72 So you should make sure with sumone else...

Oh This is the case of Gay-lussac law where the volume is fixed and pressure is directly proportional to Temperature. Or you can P1/T1= P2/T2 Just Solve it.. Make sure you change the temperature units from celsius to Kelvin since in this law temperature is meaused in kelvins and it makes a huge diff...

Topic: M(OH)2 + 2HCI = MCl + 2H2O how can I find what M is? Please

hey umm arent you just given with the mass or if you are talking about molecular mass ..

its M(OH)2 which is M+2*O+2*H M is unknown O is 16 and H is 1 so you get 34+M orr if you are also given with M which is Ca with mass 40 you get 34+40 which is 73 approx.

hey umm you can try something like.. u can use the fact that since M is group two element The molecular equation would be M(OH)2 + 2HCl=> MCl2 + 2H2O Mole ratio of M(OH)2 to HCl is 1:2 den you can say 2* [7.41/34+M] = 1* 7.30 / 36.5 Since Moles=Mass/ molecular mass M= 40.1 which is exacly Ca with at...

Hey Beth,, In order to find molarity from mole fraction and density,, I can show you an example to do so.. For example you have an aquos ethanol (C2H5OH) solution with mole fraction of 0.05 and density of .997 gm/mL . we also know the Molar mass of C2H5OH is 46 gms/Mol and water is 18 gm/ Mol Step 1...

Hey .. I have always seen this equation as sodium bicarbonate going under combustion leading to equation 2NaHCO3 --> Na2CO3 + CO2 + H2O But the thing is that sodium carbonate does dissolve in water but the problem that arises here is that since sodium bicarbonate is alkaline in nature and when it re...
