Dear all,
Can anybody help me calculate the oxalic acid requirement for precipitating nickel from mixed aluminium sulphate, nickel sulphate. The nickel content is 15 g/l and aluminium content is 5 g/l.

Precipitation of NiS using H2S
NiSO4+H2S= NiS+H2SO4 Is it a reversible reaction? If it is not a reversible reaction, Till what level of free H2SO4, and NiSO4 in the solution the reaction is good.
