Ethanol

I need to know using this equation 2CO(2)(g) + 4H(2)O(g) (which is the combustion of methanol in oxygen chemical equation) what the quantity of energy released in the combustion of methanol.
Please help I have not got a clue.

Methanol or ethanol? You need to find the numbers in tables.
For examples for methanol Enthalpy of combustion ΔcHo –715.0 kJ/mol
