Supercriticality in a tubular reactor

Post by nano86 »

hi everyone,

I'm working on the deposit process in supercritical chemical fluid deposit, however, i'm only mechanical engineer.

I'm using scCO2 and "Silver (I) hexafluoroaceytlacetonate-cycloocta-1.5-diene" Ag-C5HF6O2-C8H12".

I would like to know if someone could help me to solve the chemical reaction between CO2 ang Ag

Thanks,

Arno

I don't think the siver-organic complex reacts with scCO2. The carbon dioxide works as a solvent, that's it!
To find about actual chemical processes we need more detail on the process, what it does, the goal and the problems, if any.
Remember safety first! Check MSDS and consult with professionals before performing risky experiments.
