How do I balance Ba(OH)2+HNO3=?

Hmm
for the first one, you would just get an ionic form of the compound which would be a dissociation reation such as:
Ba(OH)2 + H2O = Ba(2+) + OH(-) +H2O
Barium Hydroxide is strong base but it is moderately soluble in water.

2)
2 HNO3 + Ba(OH)2 = Ba(NO3)2 + 2 H2O
