Analytical tool for analyzing Air

Post by heehaw »

Does anybody know of an instrument or vendor that will analyze quantatatively the composition of air? I know the DEQ has something similar, but their website doesn't tell what it is. I am working on chemical filters and I would like to see how well they work. GCs will only detect volatile organics. How well would an FTIR show reductions in impurities between a filtered sample and an unfiltered sample? Thanks in advance.
