electrolysis reaction

i need help to solve my problem....

if i have spec. of electrolysis process

1. anoda : metal Ti
2. kathoda : metal Stainless steel 304.
3. electrolite : 1 gram of KOH in 1 liter H2O
4. Dc electric source

what is the full reaction or equilibrium reaction ??

Anode: positively charged terminal - oxidation reaction.
Cathode: negatively charged terminal - reduction reaction

Ti metal anode will oxidize to TiO2 while Stainless steel cathode will not change, and will generate hydrogen due to water electrolysis
