in a closed vessel there are 0.1 moles of a liquid alkane and oxygen stoichiometric combustion alkanes. Knowing the ratio of the pressure in the pressure vessel before firing and after firing is 1.55 and pressures are measured at same temperature of 27 C, alkanes formula is? [/ img] Write general re...

Acetylene will not react with acetone under ordinary conditions. In fact, acetone is being used as an acetylene stabilizer in high pressure tanks because acetylene by itself may explode at pressures higher that 15 psi.

Rarely any drugs are sold as pure API (active pharmaceutical ingredient), and aspirin is not an exclusion. See for example http://pakjp.pk/articles/16092012031421.pdf The aspirin that you titrated maybe wasn't 100% acetylsalicylic acid. As a drug form it may contain starch, sugars or silica gel for ...

Maybe you should use oxygen to make more oxygen from gold http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/0029558260901024 At least something to start with. I'm sure, shooting a goldbar into the Sun will cause random nuclear processes producing smallar particles, and one of them will be oxygen. Not...

Apparently an error. Fe2S4 is not quite known as a compound, although possible as overall mixture. Maybe you meant FeSO4?
In any case, if you can't do it manually the use tools here
http://www.webqc.org/balance.php
2 Fe2S4 + 11 O2 = 2 Fe2O3 + 8 SO2
